Where is my order?

- You can see the status of your order by logging in to your account and clicking on the "My Orders" section. The order status will let you know whether the item has been dispatched yet. If you have not received your order and it is past the estimated delivery date, please get in touch so we can investigate.

Can I return an item if I simply don't like it?

- Absolutely. We offer a 30 day hassle-free returns policy and will issue a refund as long as the item has not been used.

Can I specify a safe place for my delivery?

- Yes, please contact us if you would like us to leave the item around your property or with your neighbours if you are not in. We may not be able to offer this service for high value orders though.
